SULLUN
Stewart Cole, Andrew Harper, Stephanie Kam, Harriet Kate Morgan & Luke Holland, Simon Pericich, Striborg, Matt Warren
Embracing Nihilist doom tempered with noise Sullun combines seven artists who have shown a preference for the dark, black, alternative, critical, and subversive.
Addressing issues inherent to sub-cultures, especially those associated with printed or plain black clothing Sullun represents aspects of outsider
resistance to cultural norms.
Sullun explores “blackening the world” as a lifestyle choice; done with noise, metal, screaming, death, hate, drone, violence, anti-sentiment, anachronism
and, of course, the colour black.
Exhibition opening features sounds in the CAT Garage. There will be noise.
